Middle Park Project

This contemporary renovation of a historic Middle Park residence embodies a bold, stylish, and sophisticated transformation. The addition of a first-floor level introduced two spacious en-suite bedrooms and a balcony that gracefully surveys the home's original roofline.

On the ground floor, the layout encompasses a bedroom, a well-appointed bathroom, a modern kitchen, a spacious living and dining area, and a separate sitting room. Notably, the original fireplace and facade have been meticulously preserved, seamlessly integrating the property's heritage into this modern renovation.

The reclaimed bricks adorning the courtyard were salvaged from the original structure, serving as a remarkable homage to the house's rich history within this innovative new design.
